Summary

Canyons of the Ancients National Conservation Area Act - Establishes the Canyons of the Ancients National Conservation Area in Colorado. Requires the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, to manage the Area in a specified manner.

Directs the Secretary to: (1) develop a comprehensive management plan for the long- range protection and management of the Area; and (2) establish the Canyons of the Ancients National Conservation Area Advisory Council to advise the Secretary with respect to preparation and implementation of the management plan.

Authorizes appropriations.
