To authorize appropriations to reimburse State and local police and sheriff's departments in the State of New York for certain security-related expenses arising out of the new residency of the President and First Lady in that State.

Authorizes appropriations for FY 2001 to the Department of Justice for grants to reimburse the State Police of the State of New York, the police departments of the towns of New Castle, North Castle, Mount Kisco, and Bedford, and the department of public safety of Westchester County, for security services made necessary by the new residency of the President and First Lady.
