To provide that employees of employers who provide certain increases in health insurance coverage will not be covered by an increase in the Federal minimum wage.
Makes any increase in the Federal minimum wage, under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, inapplicable to the minimum wage of any employee whose employer: (1) increases the employer contribution to the cost of health insurance coverage for such employee in an amount equal to such increase during the period in which it is to take effect; and (2) had provided health insurance coverage for that employee before the date of that increase.
