To amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide for continued entitlement to child's insurance benefits of individuals who marry after attaining age 18 and who have Hansen's disease.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act with respect to continued entitlement to child's insurance benefits of an individual who attains age 18 and who marries. Requires the individual's spouse also to be entitled to continuing child's insurance benefits. Entitles to continued child's insurance benefits, also, an individual who attains age 18, is married, and has Hansen's disease or a disability based in whole or in part on an impairment resulting from such disease.
