Outlines specified restrictions on Federal action to manage or assert jurisdiction over land, water, and wild, renewable resources in Alaska for subsistence uses, effective on the date of the above certification (with exceptions).
Requires the participation of, and consultation with, Alaska Native Corporations and other Alaska Native entities in undertaking activities to implement such State laws.
States that this Act has no effect on any Alaska title claim to any tidal or submerged Alaska lands.
