To provide for a land conveyance to the city of Craig, Alaska, and for other purposes.
Requires that all amounts received by the United States after enactment of this Act as proceeds of contracts, leases, permits, rights-of-way, or easements be deposited into a separate Treasury account and invested. Requires such amounts in such account to be paid by the Secretary to the city at the time of conveyance of land from which the amounts are derived.
Prohibits timber harvested from land conveyed to the city from being transported as unprocessed logs from Alaska or conveyed for purposes of such transport.
Provides that the land conveyed under this Act shall be considered in lieu of land not conveyed under the Alaska Statehood Act for the purpose of furthering development and expansion of the city.
