To amend title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 to exclude individuals who are employed, and unlawfully present, in the United States.

Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 to exclude from the definition of "employee," with regard to employment in the United States, an individual who is unlawfully present in the United States.
