Continued Reporting of Intercepted Wire, Oral, and Electronic Communications Act - Amends the Federal criminal code to: (1) exempt from such termination requirement certain annual reports concerning the authorized interception of wire, oral, and electronic communications; (2) require such reports to include specified additional information regarding encryption encountered and its impact beginning with the FY 2000 report; and (3) add to the information required to be included in annual reports concerning the use of pen registers and trap and trace devices.
