Declares that curriculum-based youth entrepreneurship education programs with demonstrated records of empowering disadvantaged youth with applied mathematics, entrepreneurial, and other analytical skills shall be considered an eligible use of funds in specified programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965.
