Summary

Internet Cigarette Warning Label Act - Makes it unlawful for any cigarette manufacturer, importer, or retailer to sell or advertise cigarettes through the Internet unless the packages and Internet images contain warning labels required by specified provisions of the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act. Requires the Federal Trade Commission to regulate how warnings must appear on the Internet so as to be conspicuous.
