To prohibit the sale of tobacco products through the Internet or other indirect means to individuals under the age of 18.
Authorizes the attorney general or other chief law enforcement officer of a State, with reasonable cause, to bring a civil action for injunctive relief to restrain a person from engaging, or continuing to engage, in a violation of this Act. Sets forth provisions regarding Federal jurisdiction, requirements for injunctions and court orders, and criminal penalties.
