To prohibit public broadcasting stations receiving any funding through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting from making available any lists of their financial donors.
Public Broadcasting Donor Privacy Act - Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit public broadcasting stations receiving funds through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting from making available to any person or entity any list of the financial contributors to such station, except at the direction of the Corporation or pursuant to Federal, State, or local law.
