To exempt certain entries of titanium disks from anti-dumping duties retroactively applied by the United States Customs Service.

Directs the U.S. Customs Service to: (1) liquidate or reliquidate certain entries of titanium disks as exempt from antidumping duties (case number A- 462-103); and (2) refund such duties if the importer of such entries files a request with the Customs Service within 90 days of their liquidation or reliquidation.
