Prohibits the Secretary of Energy from making any expenditures, beginning with FY 2001, for the continued operation of the Fast Flux Test Facility at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Washington.
Permits the use of funds for decommissioning, clean- up, waste treatment and removal, or dismantling of such Facility.
