To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the motor fuel excise taxes on intercity buses.

Amends provisions of the Internal Revenue Code concerning fuels not used for taxable purposes to repeal provisions which reduce the tax refund for intercity, local, and school buses. Repeals the higher diesel fuels tax on such buses.
