Requires the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the National Park Service, to study and report to the Congress on the feasibility of operations for the near- and long-term protection and expanded visitor enjoyment of nationally significant natural and cultural resources by the National Park Service or other agencies as appropriate at Fort Hunter Liggett, California.
