To require the National Park Service to conduct a feasibility study regarding options for the protection and expanded visitor enjoyment of nationally significant natural and cultural resources at Fort Hunter Liggett, California.

Requires the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the National Park Service, to study and report to the Congress on the feasibility of operations for the near- and long-term protection and expanded visitor enjoyment of nationally significant natural and cultural resources by the National Park Service or other agencies as appropriate at Fort Hunter Liggett, California.
