Louisiana Purchase and Lewis and Clark Expedition Bicentennial Commission Act - Establishes the Louisiana Purchase and Lewis and Clark Expedition Bicentennial Commission to plan, encourage, coordinate, and conduct the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the Louisiana Purchase and its exploration by Lewis and Clark.
