To amend title 18 of the United States Code to prohibit shipping alcohol to minors.
Alcohol Shipment to Minors Prohibition Act - Amends the Federal criminal code to require that any package placed for shipment in interstate commerce that contains any alcoholic beverage: (1) bear a conspicuous label, in accordance with such regulations as the Secretary of the Treasury may prescribe, stating that the package contains an alcoholic beverage and that the signature of a person of legal drinking age is required for delivery; and (2) be accompanied by documentation showing the full legal name and address of the person placing the package for such shipment.
Requires any person who: (1) places for shipment in interstate commerce a package containing any alcoholic beverage, prior to shipment, to verify that the recipient is of legal drinking age; and (2) delivers a package shipped in interstate commerce that contains any alcoholic beverage and is labeled pursuant to this Act to obtain, upon delivery, the signature of a person of legal drinking age and to verify such person's age.
Sets penalties for violations of this Act.
