Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2003, the duty on 2,7- naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 5-((4-chloro-6-((3-((8-((4-fluoro-6- (methylphenylamino)-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl) amino)-1-hydroxy-3,6-disulfo- 2-naphthalenyl)azo)-4-sulfophenyl), amino)-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl) amino)- 4-hydroxy-3-((1-sulfo-2-naphthalenyl)azo)-, sodium salt (Cibacron Red LS-B HC).
