To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit sex offenders from entering National Parks.
Safe Parks Act of 1999 - Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit a person required to register under the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Program (of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994) from knowingly entering a national park. Sets penalties for violations.
