To make technical corrections to various antitrust laws and to references to such laws.
Amends the Sherman Act to prohibit as a felony, and set penalties for, monopolizing, attempting to monopolize, or combining or conspiring with others to monopolize trade or commerce among the U.S. Territories and the District of Columbia, or between any of the States and any such Territory or the District of Columbia.
Makes this Act effective on the date of this Act's enactment, with exceptions relating to: (1) the Panama Canal Act (applicable to cases pending on or after this Act's enactment); and (2) the Panama Canal Act, the Sherman Act, and the Wilson Tariff Act (applicable only to cases commenced on or after this Act's enactment).
