To amend title 11 of the United States Code to permit all debtors to exempt certain payments receivable on account of discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, or gender, and for other purposes.
Discrimination Judgment Protection Act of 1999 - Amends Federal bankruptcy law to permit an individual debtor to exempt from property of the bankruptcy estate any payment towards a claim of the debtor for unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, or gender. Rescinds the statutory ceiling placed upon such property.
