To amend the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 to transfer Federal participation in the America's Agricultural Heritage Partnership in the State of Iowa to the Secretary of the Interior, and for other purposes.
Declares that this Act shall not affect the approval or continued vitality of the management plan prepared for establishment of the Partnership, and approved by the Secretary of Agriculture on July 8, 1998.
