Title II: Technical Corrections to Division II - Amends the Act to make technical corrections to provisions concerning the: (1) National Coal Heritage Area; (2) Tennessee Civil War Heritage Area; (3) Augusta Canal National Heritage Area; (4) Essex National Heritage Area; (5) Ohio & Erie Canal National Heritage Corridor; and (6) Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area.
Title III: Technical Corrections to Other Public Laws - Makes technical corrections to: (1) Federal law reauthorizing the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area Citizen Advisory Commission; (2) the Arches National Park Expansion Act of 1998; (3) the Dutch John Federal Property Disposition and Assistance Act of 1998; (4) the Oregon Public Lands Transfer and Protection Act of 1998; (5) Federal law concerning the National Park Foundation; (6) the National Parks Omnibus Management Act of 1998; (7) Federal laws concerning the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and the acquisition of Spirit Mound, South Dakota; and (8) the America's Agricultural Heritage Partnership Act.
(Sec. 310) Authorizes units of the National Park System, that are not currently participating in the Recreational Fee Demonstration Program, to retain and expend entrance and recreational-use fees under the same formula as directed by the Recreational Fee Demonstration Program.
