To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide long-term nursing care at public expense to any veteran with a service-connected disability of 50 percent or greater.
Veterans Nursing Home Care Act of 1999 - Directs (current law authorizes) the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide nursing home care to veterans with a service-connected disability rated at 50 percent or more.
