Makes technical corrections to Federal copyright law with respect to provisions under: (1) the Digital Millennium Copyright Act; and (2) the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act. Amends related: (1) Federal judicial code provisions; and (2) Federal law provisions concerning government organization and employees.
Amends the Vessel Hull Design Protection Act to exclude from protection under such Act a design embodied in a useful article that was made public by the designer or owner in the United States or a foreign country more than two years (currently, one year) before the application for registration date.
