Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to provide that Federal judges be reconfirmed by the Senate every 10 years.

Constitutional Amendment - Limits the tenure of Federal judges of an inferior court to ten years after the latest of: (1) the date the judge took office; (2) the date the Senate last consented to the judge's continuance in office; or (3) the date of ratification of this amendment.
