Encourages the people of the United States to: (1) reflect upon and celebrate Tejano music and other forms of Latin music; (2) recognize that Tejano musicians and musicians who perform other varieties of Latin music deserve the same rights, protection, and compensation as other music performers; and (3) provide resources and support for the preservation of Latin music.
