Recognizing the severity of the issue of cervical health, and for other purposes.

Declares that Congress: (1) recognizes the severity of the issue of cervical health; (2) calls on the United States to support individuals with cervical cancer and their families and loved ones through public awareness and education; and (3) calls on the U.S. people to learn about cervical cancer and how they can lower their risk and ensure early detection.
