Declares that it is U.S. policy to oppose global taxation.
Expresses the sense of Congress that: (1) the United Nations (UN) should not advocate global taxation; (2) no U.S. funds should be used by the UN to support, advocate, print, or analyze global taxation proposals; and (3) if it is the position of the UN to oppose global taxation, then it should not use any funds of the member states to advocate, print, or analyze global taxation.
