Condemns the terrorist grenade attack outside the Cambodia National Assembly on March 30, 1997, and extends sympathies to the families of the persons killed or wounded.
Calls upon the: (1) U.S. Government to offer the Cambodia Government assistance in identifying and prosecuting those responsible; and (2) Cambodia Government to accept such assistance and to expeditiously identify and prosecute such individuals.
