A bill to direct the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to provide for a review of a decision concerning a construction grant for the Ypsilanti Wastewater Treatment Plant in Washtenaw County, Michigan.

Requires the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to direct the Assistant Administrator for Water to grant the petition submitted on May 31, 1996, on behalf of Washtenaw County, Michigan, for review of a decision by the Regional Administrator concerning a construction grant for the Ypsilanti Wastewater Treatment Plant.
