A bill for the relief of D.W. Jacobson, Ronald Karkala, and Paul Bjorgen of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and for other purposes.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to pay a specified sum, out of money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, jointly to three named individuals of Norwood Manufacturing, Inc., in full satisfaction of their legal and equitable claims against the United States for damages incurred relating to the termination of a contract with the U.S. Postal Service for the manufacture of wooden pallets.
