A bill to prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from implementing the national primary drinking water regulations for copper in drinking water until certain studies are completed.

Prohibits the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from implementing the national primary drinking water regulations for copper under the Safe Drinking Water Act until six months after the two studies conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the States of Nebraska and Delaware are completed, published in a peer-reviewed journal, and reviewed by the Administrator and the State of Nebraska.
