Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior acting through the Director of the National Park Service (the Secretary) to enter into cooperative agreements with a cooperator (i.e., a private person or entity which enters into such an agreement) under which the cooperator shall be authorized to distribute commercial informational publications in one or more units of the National Park System.
Directs that such agreement provide appropriate terms and conditions for: (1) approval by the Secretary of the content, including advertising, of the publication; (2) requiring that the publication include appropriate information about the National Park Service and System, and individual units of the System; (3) the distribution of such publications; and (4) the sharing of revenues generated by the publication.
Sets forth provisions regarding: (1) cooperator qualifications; and (2) use of the proceeds.
