Modifies the boundaries of the George Washington Birthplace National Monument to include the property known as George Washington's Ferry Farm in Stafford County, Virginia.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire a conservation easement for such property to ensure its preservation.
Requires the Secretary to submit to specified congressional committees a resource study of such property.
