A bill to amend the National Sea Grant College Program act to exclude Lake Champlain from the definition of the Great Lakes, which was added by the National Sea Grant College Program Reauthorization Act of 1998.

Amends the National Sea Grant College Program Act to replace provisions explicitly including Lake Champlain in the definition of "Great Lakes" with provisions defining that term to apply to Lakes Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario.
