Directs the Attorney General to reimburse a named individual for reasonable legal expenses relating to evidence and testimony provided by such person pursuant to campaign finance reform investigations conducted by the Senate, House of Representatives, Department of Justice, and Office of Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency.
