Justice for Atomic Veterans Act of 1998 - Includes in the list of diseases presumed to be service-connected, in the case of radiation-exposed veterans, and therefore compensable for purposes of veterans' disability compensation and medical care: (1) lung cancer; (2) ovarian cancer; and (3) tumors of the brain and central nervous system.
