Permitting payments to be made by the House of Representatives to reimburse Members, officers, and employees for qualified adoption expenses.

Permits payment from applicable accounts of the House of Representatives of up to $2,000 to reimburse any Member, officer, or employee of the House for qualified adoption expenses related to the adoption of an eligible child, if authorized by the appropriate employing authority.
