To amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to permit a committee to vote to allow live media coverage of the testimony of a subpoenaed witness.

Amends rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives to permit radio or television broadcasting or photographing of subpoenaed witnesses giving evidence or testimony during hearings if the majority of a committee or subcommittee votes to allow such activities.
