Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 2107 with 1 hour of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit. Points of order for failure to comply wiht clause 2 or 6 of rule XXI are waived, with specified exceptions. Where points of order are waived against part of a paragraph, points of order against a provision in another part of such paragraph may be made only against such provision and not against the entire paragraph. Amendments printed in the report accompanying this resolution may be offered only by a Member designated and only at the appropriate point in the reading of the bill, debatable for the time specified, and shall not be subject to further amendment. All points of order against said amendments shall be waived.
