Waiving clause 2(b) of rule XXII to permit introduction and consideration of a certain bill.

Waives provisions of rule XXII of the Rules of the House of Representatives (prohibits introduction or consideration of bills or resolutions or amendments that establish or express commemorations) to authorize Representative Sidney R. Yates to introduce, and the House to consider, a bill to amend Federal law to establish Presidents' Day in honor of George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Franklin Roosevelt.
