To amend title 31, United States Code, to provide for continuing appropriations in the absence of regular appropriations.
Government Shutdown Prevention Act - Amends Federal law relating to appropriations to provide for continuing appropriations in the absence of regular appropriations. Limits such continuing appropriations to 90 percent of the current rate of operations or a lower rate determined according to specified requirements.
