To repeal various Congressionally imposed tax exemptions provided to entities in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.
District of Columbia Tax Revenue Nondiscrimination Act of 1997 - Repeals various District of Columbia Code property tax exemptions for specified organizations located in the District of Columbia.
Amends specified Federal laws to permit the District of Columbia Government to tax: (1) the Federal National Mortgage Association (FANNIE MAE); (2) the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FREDDIE MAC); and (3) the Student Loan Marketing Association (SALLIE MAE).
