Summary

Authorizes the Air Force Memorial Foundation to construct a memorial within the Arlington Naval Annex in Arlington, Virginia, to honor individuals who served in the U.S. Air Force and its predecessors.

Requires the Secretary of Defense to provide a suitable memorial site and to reimburse the Foundation for expenses incurred.

Provides that, upon commencement of memorial construction, no person may construct any monument, memorial, or other structure within a specified area of Arlington County, Virginia, which generally surrounds the Iwo Jima Memorial.
