To provide for the harmonization of registrations of certain pesticides used on canola.
Canola Pesticide Registration Harmonization Act - Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should direct the United States trade representative to the United States-Canada Technical Working Group to urge the Group to harmonize registration of certain pesticides used on canola. Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to establish domestic and import tolerances for such pesticides.
