Omnibus Parks Technical Corrections Act of 1998 - Title I: Technical Corrections to Division I - Amends the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 (the Act) to make technical corrections to provisions concerning the: (1) Presidio of San Francisco; (2) Colonial National Historical Park; (3) Merced Irrigation District; (4) Big Thicket National Preserve; (5) Kenai Natives Association land exchange; (6) Lamprey Wild and Scenic River; (7) Vancouver National Historic Reserve; (8) Memorial to Martin Luther King, Jr.; (9) Advisory Council on Historic Preservation; (10) Great Falls Historic District, New Jersey; (11) New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park; (12) Nicodemus National Historic Site; (13) Aleutian World War II National Historic Area; (14) Revolutionary War and War of 1812 Historic Preservation Study; (15) Shenandoah Valley Battlefields; (16) Washita Battlefield; (17) ski area permit rental charge; (18) Glacier Bay National Park; (19) Robert J. Lagomarsino visitor center; (20) National Park Service administrative reform; (21) Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor; (22) Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve; (23) recreation lakes; (24) Fossil Forest protection; (25) Opal Creek Wilderness and Scenic Recreation Area; (26) Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area; (27) Natchez National Historical Park; and (28) regulation of fishing in certain waters of Alaska.
Title II: Technical Corrections to Division II - Amends the Act to make technical corrections to provisions concerning the: (1) National Coal Heritage Area; (2) Tennessee Civil War Heritage Area; (3) Augusta Canal National Heritage Area; (4) Essex National Heritage Area; (5) Ohio & Erie Canal National Heritage Corridor; and (6) Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area.
