To amend title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make such title fully applicable to the judicial branch of the Federal Government.
Judicial Branch Employment Nondiscrimination Act of 1998 - Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to prohibit employment discrimination in the judicial branch of the Government (currently, in the units of the judicial branch of the Government having positions in the competitive service) based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
