Nuclear Veterans Decoration Act - Authorizes the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to jointly present, on behalf of the Congress, a gold medal to eligible persons (or their next of kin if such persons are deceased or are otherwise unable to accept the medal) who as members of the U.S. armed forces participated in a radiation-risk activity while serving on active duty or while performing active duty for training or inactive duty training.
Authorizes appropriations.
